This flexible system provides affordable, user-friendly, on-line tools for managers to purchase employee training, track employee progress and access employee certificates.
We offer UST operator training for Class A and B, Class C as well as Stage I/II vapor recovery training.

In August of 2005, President Bush signed into law the Energy Policy Act of 2005. A substantial part of that act is Subtitle B or the Underground Storage Tank Compliance Act. The act provides for funding of state compliance measures, state inspection of UST sites,
A Class A Operator must oversee and assume responsibility for every regulated UST facility assuring compliance and documentation thereof. Class B Operators assume an on-site role, overseeing safe, compliant operations of UST facilities. These A and B roles are often combined and may be contracted to a third party provider. The Class C Operator is usually a daily, on-site employee responsible for responding to alarms and emergencies. All UST facilities must have a certified class A, B and C operator.

If you own and operate any regulated UST system, your personnel who have direct responsibilities for implementing statutory and regulatory requirements for the UST system must take the training. You may also contract a third party operator to meet compliance. Learn more.
