What is ATC Eclipse Employee Training?
ATC Eclipse Employee Training is a comprehensive program to provide (and track) EPA mandated Underground Storage Tank (UST) owner and operator training. This flexible system provides easy access for employees while electronically tracking their participation and completion of the required training, providing documentation of compliance. The two training programs, both of which satisfy federal mandates, are:
Underground Storage Tank (UST) Operator Training:
When the Energy Policy Act of 2005 was signed into law, it placed a new requirement for operator training on the already overburdened shoulders of UST owners. Our UST Operator Training Programs meets the requirement of the new law to train the three different categories (Class A, B and C) of operator from the Primary Operations Manager to the newest hourly employee.
Stage I/II Vapor Recovery Operator Training
In areas where Stage I/II Vapor Recovery is required, facility managers and operators are required to understand the purpose, operation and inspection requirements associated with the Stage I/II system. Our training module teaches the operator the system components, inspection methods and documentation procedures associated with Stage I/II Vapor Recovery Systems.
